AUSTRALIA'S OUTBACK

On my travels through Australia I come across many interesting and beautiful locations. Often it's difficult to capture the moment, that glimpse of beauty that leaves us breathless. Simply put... a mobile phone can't capture what your eyes see and your brain computes.

One sees history and beauty in a pile of rocks, yet another sees old rocks that shouldn't be there. I guess that's why they say... beauty is in the eye of the beholder! [Mary Kathleen Queensland]

When travelling through outback Australia you can see red bulldust as far as the eye can see. Low shrubs and spinifex that stretch across vast open plains or blue skies that disappear into infinity.

As the road stretches from one end of the country to the other it continues to amaze me how wonderful nature is. [Murchison Western Australia]

Slowly we manage to make our way dragging our little home on wheels behind us to the next location where we are greeted by a rusty BBQ on a hill. It's not the BBQ that captures my attention but rather the tree next to it. The shape of that tree trunk is amazing... and the tree is alive!

No... the tree is not dead. [Errabiddy Bluff Western Australia]

As you can see, my idea of amazing nature is different from someone else's perspective on nature or beauty.

I don't see just a pile of boulders... I see color, shape, size, weight, location, structure and more. [Devil's Marbles Northern Territory]

Once the dusty plains have been conquered we enter a little paradise in Mataranka Northern Territory, where the pleasant 34 degrees water temperature of the thermal pools welcome travelers to stay and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere to wash off all that red dust.

Soaking in the thermal pool Rainbow Springs is an absolute delight and one of Australia’s amazing wonders.
