This is not a good thing for the tree. It could be a fungus or parasitic infection but it looks to me like the tree has a fire blight infection. Chemicals do not work against fire blight. Help for the tree would be to prune all the affected part away from it.
All pruning tools should be disinfected as to not spread the disease.

I suppose that will be that, but with how well cared for the trees are, I think they do not hurt, since it is healthy and green, nothing dry, no branches
