I always think "oh that will be easy" and then it always ends up being much harder than I thought. I don't recover like I used to either. It sucks getting old! Part of me is just ready to move into a condo, pay the HoA and let someone else deal with the landscaping!

Thought about that too. Found one but my wife is not ready yet.. plus we have a lot of crap to part with first. lol.
Yeah, I hear you. My biggest thing is I need a place to store my travel trailer and most condos frown on that!
Screw the condo then. Just camp for the rest of your life!
