& I'm back (again). Had been cycling once or twice in recent weeks & took some pics, but wasn't in the mood to post. Now I've decided to finally get out of my rut. So, Sunday evening I rode to Monodendri to the south of Patras for the 1st time in months. The evening was quite crabby. One result:
A marbled rock crab. This one was nice enough to pose for a full-body portrait. (Interestingly, a number of crabs were not very shy. Some were even too close to photograph with my 200mm zoom.)
Was a bit hard to decide which photo to post, there were some with overflowing water which looked a bit surreal. I actually like them more, but I decided for this rather clear one.
Hey buddy, always a pleasure to have you here :) Glad that you made it outside again. I love crustaceans, this is a beautiful close up, thank you!
