Hello my loyal and beloved friends, nature lovers. How are you? I wish you all the best and continued success. It's great to see you again in this post and share about the nature around. This animal is included in the type of fish from the Epinephelinae subfamily and into the Serranidae family. And known as Grouper or Groper. The name is taken from Portuguese.

This fish is characterized by a wide mouth, large head, and muscular body. Its body is covered by small scales, on the edge of the operculum is jagged and spiny. This fish usually lives at a depth of 10 to 11 meters. It prefers bottom waters with hard coral habitats dominated by pothole-shaped massive corals. Its habitat also includes various types of waters such as river estuaries, shallow seas to deep seas.

This fish is unique in terms of its diet. He has a special diet that he will eat in the morning before sunrise and in the afternoon before sunset and he rarely consumes anything that has fallen to the bottom of the water even though he is hungry.

This fish also has a lot of nutritional content so many of them make it a delicious food. Thanks to its nutritional content, this animal is very good for health. The nutritional content in this animal includes Omega-3, Calories, Protein, Phosphorus, Selenium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B3, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Calcium, Potassium, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium and others. It also contains essential amino acids such as Lysine, Valine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Methionine, Histidine, Tryptophan and so on.

Based on the above content, it will make positive things for health including lowering blood pressure, lowering bad cholesterol levels, lowering triglycerides which are harmful to the heart, improving bone and joint health, reducing the risk of inflammation and blood clots, reducing symptoms of metabolic syndrome, reducing ADHD symptoms in children, improving eye health and reducing the risk of macular degeneration disease, helping to combat depression and anxiety, helping to stay fit as you age, increase muscle mass and strength, reduce appetite and hunger, increase metabolism and fat burning, help the recovery process in the body after injury, maintain teroid health, boost the immune system, help reduce asthma symptoms, help prevent mental decline, reduce the risk of some cancers and heart disease, help regulate the storage and use of energy in the body, relieve muscle pain after exercise, build, maintain, and repair tissues and body cells, maintain dental health and much more.

Behind its great benefits, this animal also has a negative side if consumed too much. This is because the mercury content is too high due to contamination of the sea water where its habitat lives. Also, consuming this fish should be avoided by pregnant and lactating women because it has the potential to cause mercury poisoning.

That's a little bit about this animal called Grouper. I hope it was useful. I take my leave, hopefully we can meet next time. Thank you for everything. Greetings from nature lovers.
