If there's something that usually accompanies us as much as a cell phone, it's the famous water bottle. They say that cell phones are part of our bodies and our lives, and some people simply can't let go of them because of how much we use them. But have you ever stopped to think about water bottles? There are so many available in stores that we can buy one for every mood or for every day of our week.

In this photo, I show, for example, the bottles I have at my workplace. The black one is mine, the other two colored ones belong to my colleagues, who kindly gave me their bottles so I could take the photo, and lastly, well, a spray bottle (right there on the left), which, in fact, contains alcohol. In the time of Covid, we can say that bottles of this type have become even more popular, becoming something more than essential at that time.

Currently, I prefer bottles just for water, which show, as everyone knows, that it is important to drink it in our busy routine. Water is life and without our bottles, how could we play sports, work, go somewhere, enjoy nature without taking them to hold this precious asset in our lives.

Se tem algo que geralmente acompanha a gente tanto quanto um celular, são as famosas garrafas de água. Dizem que o celular faz parte de nossos corpos e nossas vidas, do tanto que usamos eles, algumas pessoas simplesmente não desgrudam, mas, você já parou para pensar nas garrafinhas de água? Temos tantas disponíveis nas lojas, que podemos comprar uma para cada humor ou para cada dia da nossa semana.

Nesta foto, apresento, por exemplo, as garrafas que tenho no meu local de trabalho. A preta é a minha, as outras duas coloridas são de minhas colegas, que carinhosamente cederam suas garrafinhas para que eu tirasse a foto e, por último, bem, uma garrafinha com spray (ali bem na esquerda), onde, na verdade, o que tem ali é álcool. Na época do Covid, podemos dizer que as garrafas deste tipo se popularizaram mais ainda, se tornando algo mais que essencial naquele momento.

Atualmente, prefiro as garrafinhas apenas de água, que mostram, como todos sabem, que é importante ingeri-la na rotina corrida de nossos dias. Água é vida e sem nossas garrafas, como poderíamos praticar esportes, trabalhar, ir a algum lugar, apreciar a natureza sem as levar para segurar este bem tão precioso de nossas vidas.
