VOTAÇÃO
As votações acontecem no Threads da InLeo e duram até a quinta-feira seguinte do anúncio dos concorrentes. A votação da semana 37 teve 9 votos, e o primeiro colocado levou a disputa com 3 votos, com mais de 33% de aprovação.
Apesar do empate técnico, tivemos a explicação oficial de que "os resultados são diferentes porque há um problema com a exibição", sendo os fornecidos pela equipe da InLeo, "os resultados reais (...) diretamente do Hive SQL".

O conteúdo melhor avaliado na semana será divulgado no X/Twitter através de um resumo criado por esses curadores, levando em consideração o resultado que publicaremos semanalmente nesse perfil, toda sexta-feira, anunciando o vencedor.
Objetivos da iniciativa:
- Criação de conteúdo: queremos incentivar criadores de conteúdo de formato longo a publicar mais conteúdo e de maior qualidade.
- Integração: ao promover o melhor conteúdo da Hive no X/Twitter, esperamos chamar a atenção de usuários em potencial e, em seguida, integrar criadores/consumidores à Hive.
- Curadoria descentralizada: cada comunidades da Hive pode usar o recurso de enquetes gravadas na Hive para permitir que a comunidade opine sobre o que é recompensado. A comunidade se envolve em recompensar o que merece ser recompensado.
- Engajamento de fim de semana: a atividade da Hive cai durante o fim de semana, o que é compreensível. Ao encorajar os usuários a se tornarem consumidores de conteúdo e votarem durante o fim de semana, pretendemos aumentar a atividade na Hive com esse concurso.
Quem pode participar?
- Todos os criadores de conteúdo que fizerem suas publicações dentro da comunidade HiveBR, ou que usem a tag HiveBR.

- Publicações com dois ou mais idiomas podem participar, desde que um dos idiomas seja o português.
- Apenas um conteúdo por usuário será submetido à votação. Então, quanto mais você criar, mais a sua chance de participar.
Votação
- A votação será realizada através de uma enquete criada no espaço Threads, criado pela InLeo, no perfil da HiveBR.
- A publicação terá um link que o levará para a votação que contará com as 4 opções a ser escolhida por vocês.
- Ela será criada na sexta feira e encerrada na quinta seguinte.

The 37th week of Author of the Week has come to an end, and we bring you the results. We had 4 users competing: @shiftrox, @wiseagent, @michupa, and @elderdark.
VOTING
The voting takes place on Threads from InLeo and lasts until the following Thursday after the contestants are announced. Week 37's voting received 9 votes, and the first place won with 4 votes, getting over 33% approval.
Despite the technical tie, we received the official explanation that "the results are different because there is an issue with the display," with those provided by the InLeo team "being the actual results (...) directly from Hive SQL".

Is your content good enough? The community will decide. Yes, you will play a key role not only in creating content but also in curating your community members' work.
Besides the support from @hive-br.voter, other users such as @ocd, @blocktrades, @theycallmedan, and @leofinance will also be keeping an eye on the content creators from the community.
The best-rated content of the week will be shared on X/Twitter with a summary created by these curators, considering the result we will publish weekly on this profile, every Friday, announcing the winner.
Objectives of the initiative:
- Content creation: We want to encourage long-form content creators to publish more content of higher quality.
- Integration: By promoting the best content from Hive on X/Twitter, we hope to attract potential users and integrate new creators/consumers into Hive.
- Decentralized curation: Each Hive community can use the recorded poll feature on Hive to let the community decide what should be rewarded. The community is involved in rewarding what deserves to be rewarded.
- Weekend engagement: Hive activity slows down over the weekend, which is understandable. By encouraging users to become content consumers and vote over the weekend, we aim to increase activity on Hive with this contest.
Who can participate?
All content creators who publish within the HiveBR community or use the HiveBR tag.
The publications must be in Portuguese.
Publications with two or more languages can participate, as long as one of the languages is Portuguese.
Only one piece of content per user will be submitted for voting. The more you create, the higher your chances of participating.
Voting
The voting will take place through a poll created in the Threads space by InLeo, on HiveBR’s profile.
The publication will have a link directing you to the poll, which will feature 4 options for you to choose from.
It will be created on Friday and closed the following Thursday.

Deadlines
All publications created between Saturday and Thursday will be considered for the analysis. This will allow the moderators to choose the 4 that will compete during the voting period.
Promotion
You can promote the voting and ask for votes for your publication or the one of your choice on any social media outside Hive.
We recommend that contestants create a post asking for votes and explaining the creative process behind that submission.
This creates a stronger bond with those who are undecided, which could be a crucial factor in close votes. After all, you will be promoting the voting and the option you want to be voted on.
Invite your friends outside Hive to check out the network, your publication, and cast a new vote for your preferred option.
