This is the most famous Acehnese cuisine. The dishes were made by my beloved wife this afternoon. Its name is “Kuah Leumak”, it has been a long time since we have tasted and tasted the pleasure of this gravy because there are many ingredients that must be prepared before starting to cook. This afternoon we tried to cook the gravy by preparing some of the ingredients needed. After everything was ready, we finally enjoyed lunch together at home; because it was a holiday we all gathered at home and played with the children.
Ini adalah masakan Aceh yang paling terkenal Masakan dibuat oleh istri tercinta saya tadi siang. Namanya “Kuah Leumak”, Sudah lama kami tidak mencicipi dan merasakan kenikmatan dari kuah tersebut karena ada banyak bahan yang harus disediakan sebelum mulai memasak. Tadi siang kami mencoba memasak kuah tersebut dengan menyiapkan beberapa bahan yang dibutuhkan. Setelah semua siap akhirnya kami menikmati makan siang bersama dirumah, karena hari libur kami semua berkumpul di rumah dan bermain bersama anak – anak.
