Fear is that unpleasant emotion we get
that arises when we are physically, psychologically or emotionally threatened. It sometimes stems from imagined danger.
Living in constant fear causes all round and lasting negative impact in the lives of people which is powerful enough to affect one's psychology and health.
Everyone desires sanity, good health and peace of mind and these can be acquired when one conquers his/her fears.
