ADDING TO THE TEAM
We have a couple official paid support staff that answer discord support questions
https://discord.gg/NhW4ucNvV5
We have lots of very smart users who help PeakMonsters users and write posts and we reward those people as well even if they're not officially on the payroll we still consider them valued part of the greater PeakMonsters team.
JOB TITLE: "OUTREACH SPECIALIST"
In some worlds you'd consider it a "Community Manager" it's partly being in charge of the education and creating awareness of the product in different locations. It's a bit Social Media upkeep and promotion.
Interacting, Education, Promotion
Creation of Tutorials and Informational posts
Short How-To comments all over the web.
(Reddit, discord, YouTube wherever our users or potential users are looking for information)Curating great PeakMonsters content
Giving them votes, tips and most important getting helpful content viewed.
(Sharing them and even putting them into Curated Collections #c-c-c)Sharing good PeakMonsters content on other sites like reddit and twitter
Meaning access to Social media accounts and then following up.Manage questions on our Discord (with help of support team)
Answering questions will be part of the job specially if they're quick "how do I do this?" questions. Harder issues they may choose to direct them to go to discord support.
TIME COMMITMENT
We do not know how much time this will take but we envision it at least HALF TIME... meaning at least 20hrs a week. If the person is proactive and able to find or create a lot of opportunities we could see it going to full time specially as Splinterlands and PeakMonsters continues to grow.

We will pay in either USD or SPS or another crypto.
We will pay a solid wage according to where you work and raise the rate to reward increased capability and long term loyalty. If you are serious please inquire.
We need the person to have a decent knowledge of Splinterlands, PeakMonsters and also PeakD.com and prefer knowledge of at least a couple other social medias.

OMG the time counter on that test was nerve-racking!!! lol but Application sent 😀
I love peakd projects and I love splinterlands so, this would be nice to add to my whole Hive experience since Hive is already my full-time job I can say for sure I have all day to dedicate to this, plus I have the extra language (spanish) as a bonus 😂.
Application sent! Hmm, is it still possible to send a follow-up answer on the last part?
I agree with @drschizo's comment on this one. I actually thought that the short time limit was a trick incorporated in it. Haha.
Yes send follow up is fine
Sent in an application! I would humbly recommend affording a little more time to answer the custom question. I didn't quite have enough time to bring it all together like I wanted..Hindsight's always 20/20 - that last question was the only question that made me wish I could go back to the "yes, I have ADHD" button at the start. 🤣
darn we didn't know what it would take. I'm not sure if the system would allow us to change it now. But you can write more here if you want.
Honestly for me I think it was more of an ADHD based issue where I wanted to have a clear gameplan and display some creative time management skills, but in the process of getting it built out in my head and then starting to type it in/format I realized how short I was on time. Out of managing the 10 hours in two days, I broke it out to where approximately
2.5 hours per day would be spent on PeakMonsters and Splinterlands Discord. In order to establish a seemingly persistent, always friendly familiar face that can be regularly seen interacting with all kinds of players, and timing those efforts around key usage windows for potential target audiences. Catch the people earlier in the AM, the group with a earlier lunch break, later lunch break, the after work or killing time before clocking in crowd, and then the evening where the kids are in bed or the night crowd comes out to play more. Something like,
07:30 AM
10:30 AM
12:30 PM
3:30 PM
8:00 PM
Following that, I would say one hour of the day should be spent interacting with players/content creators on PeakD. Seeing as it's a social media platform (and less of a live chat) there's definitely a little more flexibility to be involved in a timely manner without slamming some kind of witty response seconds after a post goes up.
That would give us roughly 1.5hrs in the day to do what I would call "other" ...Great part about being involved on the social media platform aspects is you have the ability to collect endless amounts of intelligence while you're doing it. Maybe you're picking up a common theme of something that new players are struggling with and can see the desire for a guide to be written on it, then there you go - start researching and drafting it. Or maybe a popular streamer is getting ready to host an event for newer players getting screwed with the bronze reward changes, and peakmonsters might want to help that streamer gain more street cred by coordinating to hop in with the creator during their live stream and just casually go rainman with a winning of dec, temporary delegation of cards/CP, a discount code for their first purchase through the website, etc. Opportunities there are definitely endless and I think the cool uncle style approach plays into your hand...Because who knows, whoever you hire may not actually be able hold a healthy paced, engaging conversation with a streamer for any length of time. However if you set the scene up to where it's pleasantries with the streamer, they explain what their goal of the event is, then the PeakMonsters rep can help kick off the event by doing some giveaways to help players start the event and feel invited/invested to the game, and punch out from there.
I'm definitely going to apply, this is great.
