Hello, good evening, happy Sunday of August, to all the members of this #plantpower vegan community, one of my favorites. I have really learned a lot with this community about vegan foods. Before I didn't know that there were people who only ate vegetables, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals, tubers and nuts.
At home they laugh at me, since all I talk about is vegan food. And I don't even pay attention to them, so >I'm always looking for vegan food to prepare 😁.
Today I will prepare a delicious dessert: sweet cherries 🍒, one of my favorites, I always prepare it.
Cherries are a fruit rich in vitamins: C, A and K. They are also low in calories. They are also low in calories.
Without further ado, let's go to the ingredients and preparation of this delicious dessert.

Ingredients needed for the preparation of the cherry jam 🍒:
- 1 kilo of cherries.
- 300 grams of sugar.
- 100 grams of cloves spices
- 2 cinnamon sticks.
- 300 ml of water.

Preparation of the cherry jam 🍒:
- The first thing we do is wash well ,with plenty of water the cherries and remove the peduncle or stalk.
- Then in a cauldron add the water and the cherries.
- Add the sugar, cloves, spices and cinnamon stick.
- Place the cauldron in the candle so that the candy is cooking, when we see that it has spent the water, we are shaking so that it does not stick, it will be ready when the sugar has caramelized.
- Now enjoy the delicious cherry candy 🍒.
