Hola mis buenos muchachones y muchachonas de #hive que se unen a mi humilde apreciación sobre la gran gala de los Premios Oscar, como siempre un procedimiento protocolar de horas que trata y logra conservar la esencia de este evento con muchos años de trayectoria y que tras largos tiempos de pandemia logramos ver que se hizo presencial, elemento que nos alegra a la vez que es una señal para poder llegar a la normalidad y esto hay que destacarlo.
Aprovechare la bonita y alegre iniciativa de @digitalspace para escribir mi reacción a algunos eventos que sucedieron durante la gran gala del cine al responder las preguntas indicadas, empecemos por la primera de ellas.
¿A quién le darías el Oscar?
Le daría el premio Oscar como mejor director al gran Zack Snyder por su película "Zack Snyder's Justice League" estrenada en marzo del 2021 la cual seria para mi la victoria de la justicia y la esperanza. Es el año 2017 y se estrena la infame "Justice League" donde Warner Brothers saca del proyecto de mala manera al director Zack Snyder luego del fallecimiento de su hija Autumn Snyder, elemento que aprovecharon para sacarle del proyecto, de igual manera contrataron a Joss Whedon para que actuase como nuevo director de la pelicula que ya estaba 90% hecha haciendo una carnicería en la edición de la misma, tal cual buitre a la carne de un cadáver creando un monstruo de Frankenstein.
Dada la explicación cronológica de los eventos para la película, ahora puedo decir la razón emocional de la elección sobre el director para el premio Oscar, selecciono a Zack Snyder porque en 2017 me sentí muy desilusionado al no poder ver la película de mi director, yo no quería ver la visión de otro cineasta, yo quería ver su versión, el respeto por el que crea arte porque aunque esto es un negocio, se debe respetar la libertad creativa, razón que comparto porque soy y somos creadores de contenido donde nos daría mucho dolor crear una publicación para que venga otro a mutilarla y deformarla teniendo aun tu nombre en el.
Hello my good boys and girls of #hive who join my humble appreciation of the great gala of the Oscar Awards, as always a protocol procedure of hours that tries and manages to preserve the essence of this event with many years of trajectory and that after long times of pandemic we managed to see that it became presential, element that makes us happy at the same time that is a sign to be able to reach normality and this must be emphasized.
I will take advantage of the nice and joyful initiative of @digitalspace to write my reaction to some events that happened during the great film gala by answering the questions indicated, let's start with the first of them.
Who would you give the Oscar to?
I would give the Oscar award for best director to the great Zack Snyder for his movie "Zack Snyder's Justice League" released in March 2021 which would be for me the victory of justice and hope. It is the year 2017 and the infamous "Justice League" is released where Warner Brothers takes director Zack Snyder out of the project in a bad way after the death of his daughter Autumn Snyder, an element that they took advantage of to remove him from the project, in the same way they hired Joss Whedon to act as the new director of the movie that was already 90% done making a butchery in the editing of it, just like a vulture to the flesh of a corpse creating a Frankenstein monster.
Given the chronological explanation of events for the film, I can now tell the emotional reason for the choice on the director for the Oscar award, I select Zack Snyder because in 2017 I was very disappointed not to see my director's film, I didn't want to see another filmmaker's vision, I wanted to see his version, the respect for the one who creates art because although this is a business, creative freedom must be respected, reason that I share because I am and we are content creators where it would give us much pain to create a publication for another to come to mutilate and deform it even having your name on it.
Esto para mi es intolerable, eso hizo la directiva de Warner Brothers y aunque no sucedió la victoria de Zack Snyder ya que no estaba nominado para dicha estatuilla en la premiación, sí sucedió algo que alegro mi alma, la victoria de la "The Flash Scene" en la nominación por votación popular, the flash scene, así le decimos los fans a lo que muchos consideramos la mejor escena de la película "Zack Snyder's Justice League" donde Flash salva a la humanidad luego de la unión de las cajas madre.
Este es un hecho trascendental porque demuestra que a la gente le gusta el universo Snyder, hay muchas personas que queremos consumir este producto y los directivos de Warner aun nos están negando el derecho a ver este universo por el cual lucho desde 2017, primero luche para que se liberara la verdadera versión con el #ReleaseTheSnyderCut y tras cuatro largos años se logro lo que parecía imposible y actualmente estoy en la lucha por el #RestoreTheSnyderVerse, la victoria de esta escena me da esperanza y eso es lo que significan estos héroes para mi.
This to me is intolerable, that's what Warner Brothers management did and although Zack Snyder's victory did not happen since he was not nominated for the statuette at the awards, something that gladdens my soul did happen, the victory of "The Flash Scene" in the nomination by popular vote, the flash scene, as we fans call what many of us consider the best scene of the movie "Zack Snyder's Justice League" where Flash saves humanity after the union of the mother boxes.
This is a transcendental fact because it shows that people like the Snyder universe, there are many people who want to consume this product and Warner executives are still denying us the right to see this universe for which I fight since 2017, first I fought for the release of the true version with the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut and after four long years what seemed impossible was achieved and I am currently in the fight for the #RestoreTheSnyderVerse, the victory of this scene gives me hope and that's what these heroes mean to me.
¿Cómo habrías reaccionado en lugar de Will Smith?
Mi sincera respuesta es que no me fuera parecido nada fuera de lo común, inclusive si fuera sido gracioso, me río porque la persona esta haciendo su trabajo, haciendo un show que trata de hacer reír al espectador para lo cual fue contratado y mucha gente esta olvidando este elemento al momento de juzgar.
Hay que hacer énfasis en que ese tipo de chistes son delicados porque cae en humillación de la persona, mas que Will Smith, la pregunta es como se sentía Jada Pinkett quien es la afectada entre comillas por el chiste de Chris Rock, tiene mucho elementos que analizar lo sucedido ya que si el chiste para Jada no era gracioso y le resultaba humillante, estamos ante un caso de abuso verbal porque rompe esa delgada línea que pasa de ser chiste a bullying en el cual todos los que se ríen estarían cometiendo abuso hacia el humillado.
Wll Smith responde con la bofetada pero al ver la escena, el se ríe y no es hasta ver el rostro de humillación en su esposa que su condición cambia de tranquilo a bestia, cada persona es diferente y fuera reaccionado distinto, en mi caso no fuera hecho nada porque veo una persona que esta trabajando pero si elevaría mi voz para que la organización de los Oscar elabores sus chistes con mucha delicadeza ya que humillan a personas y ellos son los verdaderos responsables, contrataron a Cris Rock y saben todo lo que va a hacer según la agenda.
How would you have reacted in Will Smith's place?
My honest answer is that I wouldn't have thought it was anything out of the ordinary, even if it was funny, I laugh because the person is doing his job, doing a show that tries to make the viewer laugh at what he was hired to do and many people are forgetting this element when judging.
It must be emphasized that this type of jokes are delicate because they humiliate the person, more than Will Smith, the question is how Jada Pinkett felt, who is the one affected by Chris Rock's joke, has many elements to analyze what happened because if the joke for Jada was not funny and was humiliating, we are facing a case of verbal abuse because it breaks that thin line that goes from being a joke to bullying in which all those who laugh would be committing abuse towards the humiliated person.
Will Smith responds with the slap but seeing the scene, he laughs and it is not until seeing the face of humiliation in his wife that his condition changes from calm to beast, each person is different and reacted differently, in my case I would not do anything because I see a person who is working but I would raise my voice for the Oscar organization to elaborate their jokes with great delicacy because they humiliate people and they are the real responsible, they hired Cris Rock and they know everything he is going to do according to the agenda.
¿Cómo habrías reaccionado en lugar de Christ Rock?
Analizando el chiste que hizo Chris Rock no veo ningún elemento que haga referencia a alguna condición médica etc, simplemente habla de una cabeza rapada por tanto al ser parte del libreto, como dije anteriormente, la organización debe conocer todo lo que se va a hacer en su gala además que ellos son quienes contratan al comediante y al no haber ninguna restricción por parte de la gala de los Oscar, pienso el chiste estaba dentro de los estándares correctos y habría hecho lo que hizo Chris Rock, recibir el golpe sin responder para no escalar en la situación y no colocar cargos porque es Will Smith y me ha hecho reír muchas veces, hablaría con el y le diría que le aprecio mucho porque es una buena persona que ha pasado por momentos difíciles a la vez que le digo "no lo vuelvas a hacer que para la próxima respondo con todo mi poder", solo agregaría como elemento de defensa que sería una persona que esta haciendo su trabajo, ser comediante, elemento que muchos olvidan en su descarga de ira mediática causada por las redes sociales.
How would you have reacted in Christ Rock's place?
Analyzing the joke that Chris Rock made I don't see any element that makes reference to any medical condition etc, he simply talks about a shaved head therefore being part of the script, as I said before, the organization must know everything that is going to be done in their gala plus they are the ones who hire the comedian and since there is no restriction by the Oscar gala, i think the joke was within the right standards and I would have done what Chris Rock did, take the punch without responding so as not to escalate the situation and not press charges because he is Will Smith and he has made me laugh many times, I would talk to him and tell him that I appreciate him very much because he is a good person who has gone through difficult times while telling him "don't do it again that for the next one I will respond with all my power", I would only add as an element of defense that he would be a person who is doing his job, being a comedian, an element that many forget in their discharge of media anger caused by social networks.
Muchas gracias por leer mi interpretación, saludos al buen muchacho @zonadigital21 por darme a conocer esta iniciativa en la que con mucho gusto participe de los hechos con lo que pudiera haber sido mi reacción y así como respondí las preguntas, quisiera dejar otra para el lector y que responda en comentarios la cual es ¿el chiste te pareció ofensivo?, en mi caso no sentí una ofensa para personas con esa condición pero cada persona es un universo distinto y esto es crucial por ser el detonante, la bomba atómica que dejo a todos en la gala de los Oscar radioactivos, ese famoso chiste.

In my case I did not feel it was offensive to people with that condition but each person is a different universe and this is crucial for being the trigger, the atomic bomb that left everyone at the Oscars gala radioactive, that famous joke.
Felicidades amigo!! Excelente publicación, toda la narración es fácil y agradable de leer, además se nota que te apasiona el cine y aprecias a quienes trabajan para hacerte reír o soñar con tus películas favoritas.
Yo pienso que el chiste estuvo un poco fuera de lugar, pienso que habían muchísimas opciones para hacer reír a la gente y hay que medir la respuesta en el público y en la persona en quien hacemos el chiste y que nunca se puede uno reír de una persona que presenta una condición por temas de salud, en el caso de las mujeres más todavía porque ellas aman su cabello y es un símbolo para muchas, y pues si pienso que ataca de una forma aparentemente inofensiva la autoestima de una dama, no me parece bien.
En mi caso no apoyo la violencia en la reacción de Will, creo que personas como ellos pueden alzar su voz y serán oídos sin levantar la mano, y quizá esa deba ser la última opción.

Chris Rock sin duda reacciono de la mejor forma, de no hacerlo asi el problema fuera mayor , pero de verdad para mi gusto no era un chiste para el tipo de evento en el que estaban
Una cosa es un chiste , pero el hecho de ser comediante no le da la libertad de poder hablar o dirigirse de la forma que el quiera con quien el quiera
