I wonder if it is a biological thing, or a mental thing. I do feel good for the day if I workout early, but then - the workout is crappy and I don't get great results from it. What is that about? :D

Man, if I knew the answer to that I probably wouldn't be 260 pounds! I just get up and do the grind hoping that at some level it is making me healthier. Getting old sucks!
