Observing the girl at least, I don't think she has ADHD - she seems like a normal kid (normal in my world).

I get not everyone has that.

Sure, but it seems many don't have it now, because the parents have better things to do than raise their own kids.

How did the audition go by the way?

The audition went well, however, I don't think she will get in.

Oh man, that's a bummer. I am sorry. Will she have an opportunity to try again or will you lead her on a different path forward? I get sometimes when you know something is different, but you are not sure what a diagnosis can seem like a blessing. Sometimes though, it's just like you said and I said. They just want an excuse.
