RE: Stranger than Fiction

I'd think if this was part of the planned global realignment(s) of global power players, your assessment is real close to mine. But while they continue in their struggle for that realignment, the other countries are more incline right now to be setting up digitalization systems. Which will ultimately be used to control the populace behaviors. Basically, these activities distract the populace one from the other in these implementation plans.

I will though, go way, way out on a limb here, sort of humorously, when people talk of where the safest place to be in any nuclear war, I'd be inclined at this moment to say, in any situation where we'd see things happen in this country we've never seen before, the safest place to be would be close to a major data processing center. They aren't going to blow up that which they plan to use to imprison the population digitally.

Sort:

But if China was worried about the USA's AI being superior, wouldn't they specifically target the data centers? Or vice versa?

I actually think the safest place in a nuclear war would be a country like New Zealand where apparently a lot of billionaires have built their bunkers.

I think though, that there are no winners in a nuclear war so I'm hoping that things don't get that bad.

I don't think the billionaires, if they built bunkers anywhere in the world, are planning on allowing the general populations to share them with them. China's been at it for a while now, I'd think their AI is likely superior to ours. I don't know, I am not an expert on AI and who is doing what. I honestly don't think they'll throw around nuclear weapons, would take way to long to recover from the radiation in any given area. I think most AI data centers will be built in Greenland if Trump gets his hands on it like he wants to. The climate is perfect for data centers, and the availability of water isn't such a big issue. Expanding an electrical grid would seem to be their most concern. I think that's his real reason for wanting Greenland. Will keep the centers from sabotage when people start fighting back on the digital imprisonment that will stem from it. If it's full of crucial minerals data centers require, it's a one stop shop from the natural resource, to manufacturing (natural resources), direct to data centers. Lots of space for a huge expansion of data centers there. If this was just about mining for mineral for national security, they'd just propose deals to Greenland to be a supplier. Also I would imagine that any data centers backing national security, military, are probably underground.
