• I have just completed another year on earth...
• Yeah, another 365 days has passed since my last birthday...
• Every birthday I think it's amazing, 365 days passed by already
• So I ate some noodles for long life, and some vegeatbels for health, and some cake to celebrate!

I hope I am getting wiser and smarter LOL

• They say age gives you wisdom...
• I think life gives you wisdom, if you live it to the fullest, get out there and experience lifes triuphs, failures, ties, close calls, and blowout victories...
• You learn even from your losses, if your paying attention to why you lost, not just to losing...
• My dad use to say, take the lesson, leave the loss...

A birthday is a time to celebrate....

• Another year...I didn't die LOL
• When you get old you see things a bit differently...
• You appreciate being alive as an achievement...
• You appreciate your wife iss still alive
• You appreciate your kids are still alive
• You love your grand children
• You see the big things in life are family, friends and love... the rest of it is just small stuff that we magnify... unfortunately

Be thankful

• everyone loves a grateful heart
• no body loves a cranky old man
• or a cranky old woman for that matter
• If you wake up cranky, or sad, count your blessings, start with your breathing, your moving, you still have your hair... LOL
• I didn't say where... so your inlcuded if you have a beard, mustache...
• Put some gratitude in your attitude, you will feel better
