I have thought about this for so long and today I will tell you my reflection about working in a business, the truth is my experiences are not so good but they made me learn, a year ago I wanted to go out to work for the first time, and I dared to look for work , I got it only because my uncle knew the manager of this job, and I started, during the course of everything was going well until, they forbade me many things, like getting away from all my colleagues and co-workers and only being by my side, I also They acted like a type of bullying for being new, and the managers were not as aware of their work as the lives of others, they worked for a long time to receive very little money, and I had to resign.

He pensando tanto tiempo en esto y hoy les contaré, mi reflexión acerca de trabajar en algún negocio, la verdad mis experiencias no son tan buenas pero me hicieron aprender, hace un año quise salir a trabajar por primera vez, y me atreví a buscar trabajo, conseguí solo porque mi tío conocía la gerente de este trabajo, y comencé en el transcurso todo iba bien hasta que, me prohibieron muchas cosas, como alejarme de todos mis compañeros y compañeras de trabajo y solamente estar por mi lado, también me hacían como un tipo de bullying por ser nueva, y las encargadas no estaban tan pendientes de su trabajo como la vida de los demás, trabajaba un buen rato para recibir muy poco dinero, y tuve que renunciar.

Then I looked for another job, and I put my resume in another job, then they called me, they gave me the job interview and that's it, he started working again, at first it was all chaos, since it was quite adequate but later I managed to cope with things, and I adapted, it was great, although I also did things that were outside my job, such as cleaning the premises and cleaning the bathrooms, which was not my job role, from there I started working more than 8 hours in a row with only one hour break, even up to half an hour, incidentally I had some problems again with some supervisors because many believe that by having a position a little higher than the other workers they can trample on you, in the end I decided to leave that job too, to take a break But I still keep thinking, why does it have to be that way? Does the poor always have to be poor? Why the rich feel better being on top of everyone.

Después busque otro trabajo, y meti mi currículo en otro trabajo, después me llamaron, me hicieron la entrevista de trabajo y listo empecé a trabajar nuevamente, al principio era todo un caos, ya que era bastante estricto pero después logré sobrellevar las cosas, y me adapte, fue genial aunque de igual manera hacía cosas que estaban fuera de mi labor, como limpiar el local y limpiar los baños, cosa que no era mi rol de trabajo, de ahí empecé a trabajar más de 8 horas seguidas con una sola hora de descanso, incluso hasta media hora, de paso que tuve algunos problemas nuevamente con algunos supervisores porque muchos creen que por tener un puesto un poco más arriba que los demás trabajadores pueden pisotearte, al final decidí irme de ese trabajo también, para tomarme un descanso, pero aún sigo pensando, por que tiene que ser de esa forma?, acaso el pobre siempre tiene que ser pobre? Por qué el rico se siente mejor estando arriba de todo el mundo.
