Let Yourself Relax

Greetings, fellow Hivers who are facing different life battles ahead. This is J, and I want to remind all of us here to remember the words rest and relax, which all of us here know.

Life is about facing challenges in this survival world. We are living to fight with or without armor in our bodies, as long as we have the courage to do it. I woke up early in the morning, thinking about the possibilities ahead. What if's are the uncertain thoughts all of us here think? Where the possibilities and negatives collide to give us anxiety. We are all standing on the surface of the world, not backing down but just moving forward. Some of us here are jobless like me; some of us are in a world where we don't fit in; some of us are just going with the flow of life; and others are happy and content with their lives, which is great.


People face different varieties of scenarios in this world full of uncertain circumstances. Society is raising its standards, and people are trying to keep up with the flow. Stressed and under pressure to keep up with the standards of society, not knowing what true life is. We are working every day to live, but don't forget that living means having the satisfaction of relieving ourselves. Wake up with the same routines all over again. Take a bath, eat breakfast, buy groceries, and do household chores; others may forget to eat breakfast. Go to work, smile, and laugh with your colleagues, but the face behind those shining lights ahead is the person who's in sorrow and anxiety about living.

Toxic is the common phase wherever we go. In our home, different attitudes crash against each other, where peace and comfort are no longer found in the four corners of the house. The workplace is a vogue place to find acquaintances at the same time enemies or maybe friends. Gossip about each other kills our will to have peace, which some of us crave to take a dose of. Social is where some of our negativity starts; it corrupts our minds and allows us to express different types of emotions with just a single scroll. But we are addicted to that.
There are a lot of aspects that can affect our emotional health, which is one of the reasons why we feel extremely exhausted. We are too busy with how to survive. Hence, I want to express these words for us to take a deep breath, like inhale and exhale.

Take a deep breath, because we deserve it. After all, we are just humans who happen to feel how tired life is. Whoever happens to get sick feels lonely, and no matter how heavy the burden we have on our shoulders, we should take a deep breath and let ourselves relax. Treat yourselves because we are an army of our own lives. We are in battle every day.

Relaxing isn't expensive or hard to do. It's all in our minds; if we think that it's hard to achieve, then it's hard to do. Actions come from deep thinking. We often forget ourselves. Which we shouldn't. So, remember

Take a Rest, be Easy on yourself, try to
Loosen up on things that make you suffocate as you Do things that make you hAppy to live an eXquisite life.

That's all, dearest, a simple reflection about life. Remember to not forget ourselves in our battles because we are our warriors. I'm my case when I'm exhausted; my coping mechanism is to go out and look for something beautiful like the green surrounding and I know you all have yours as well. It's like escaping our reality once in a while So, loosen up and take a deep breath. Relaxation is rest and sleep is a must.

We feel tired but don't forget that our body, mind and soul need a rest.

In a fast world like the one we are living it is very important to take a rest in order to show down our family life.
