Many problems arise in the process of moving forward in life, and the one who solves them leads to success and the one who avoids problems leads to failure. But solving the problems we face as a community is more complex than solving the problems that exist within us because the thinking patterns of the people we have to face are diverse. It is not an easy situation to bring everyone to a single opinion. My experience as the chairman of a rural development society can be taken as an example. There, it was not possible to complete the resolution of the problem regarding a development process to be carried out in the village.
Yet it is possible to work out where we overlap with so many things, and start there. We don't though and instead focus on all the differences of why we can't work together.
