RE: Epiphany

in Reflections4 days ago

Dear Milly! Happy New Year to you. You're one of the last people I'm writing to in 2025, but I'm glad it's you, especially because of the reflection you wrote, which perfectly matches my feelings. Yes, Epiphany would be the name for 2025. I don't know if it's because of my age or my experiences, but I had a rebirth, and I'm at peace with myself, even though December was a little crazy. I've made progress with the first four virtues you share here, and I think for the new year I need to practice patience; it seems that's where I tend to stumble over the same obstacle. I hope to read you more often when you have a chance to return. I always find inspiration on your blog. Hugs!!!

Hey Jesus!
Wow! It's so good to hear you owning your power. I think that when we put a lot of work into ourselves, it's only right to take a moment and personally acknowledge and thank ourselves for believing in ourselves.
Those are strong virtues that I close my Qigong practice with. Each holds merit, and you'll be even stronger once you exercise patience with yourself and trust the timing. We all want to see results and sometimes miss out on the little things that really add to our overall growth.
I'm pleased you find value in my blogs, and it's great to be back here.
All the best for 2026!
