Look, feeling is not weakness, it's human.
To the extent that we suppress our emotions, we get closer to depressive processes. This happened to me when I was "masking" depression.
Today, I am talking and sharing with you about this.
I have started this year 2025 with great expectations, with a great emotional load, or tense that has made these January days that the step on the road is slower and more painful.
There are things that we cannot change but how difficult it is to let go of part of that "weight" to downplay sad situations to make way and space for new things. It is true that every attitude that is assumed is a personal decision and choice, for this reason, today in the course of this month of January, I wish to continue with enthusiasm, hope and optimism, these emotions are the ones that will allow me to be more creative, productive, to face every day of this new year with serenity and wisdom.
The art of letting go is an awkward version! It's not that other people don't make decisions. The real magic happens when you start opening your hands with patience...
And let go! Letting go hurts and being let go too. But what a healer it is If we resist doing it we have to take the uncomfortable steps and that sometimes cost us so much, like accepting and finally letting go. How difficult it is, but I can.
Unloading, draining and recognizing the discomfort are part of letting go of the EGO diet and the heavy stones in the backpack and then returning to sanity.
Of course, we can't leave our EGO on a diet all day, we also have to feed it too, even for a little while😄.
Letting go and taking back is part of my balance.
Today I was thinking about the sun in front of me, on my way back to my house, when I was passing by the bridge over Lake Maracaibo, and the desperation of many for everything to pass quickly, everything that is happening in my life story. I think if it happens too fast maybe it won't have structure. I don't know it's just about building, but about adjusting and fine-tuning details so that everything works in harmony.
Sometimes, there are things that need small adjustments before they can be considered a true structure: a plan, a pause to reorganize, or perhaps the decision to eliminate the unnecessary. This reminds me that it is not enough to create, you also have to sustain what you do.
I am responsible for building, reviewing and improving every page of my life. I cannot control, nor erase the difficulties that are going to happen, but I can choose the attitude of how I faced them. With the certainty that victory and freedom are closer for my country, I am full of illusion and hope to start this 2025.
