Let go of that guilt...

Many people want to leave this year behind without looking at what hurt them, covering up emotions, and moving forward, carrying the invisible weight.

What is not looked at is repeated and what is honored is transformed. To close the year is not to forget, it is to integrate what we have lived. Many times we must put our interests and needs above the interests and needs of others, and that does not mean that we are bad people, that does not mean that we have to be judged, that does not mean that we are being selfish.

Sometimes hope gets tired, not because it lacks, but because it has resisted a lot and then faith comes in not to replace it but to sustain it when it trembles. In fact, my hope is often low and when that happens I breathe, because for me, believing is also an act of love.

Martin Luther King JR, would say faith is taking the first step when you do not see the whole staircase, this means that it is like the engine that moves our lives, which tells us that even if difficult moments come, everything will be fine.

If I could turn back time, I would tell myself something very simple but that perhaps would have changed my life and that is hope, it is something like an impulse that tells us tomorrow everything will be fine, I hope everything will improve, it acts as an engine, but it is fragile because it depends on the environment, the mood, what we see.

That hope turns on quickly but turns off abruptly. Faith, on the other hand, is something else, it is rational, it is intelligent, it is not born of desire, it is born of certainty, of trust, it is unshakable, it does not stand on what we see but on what we know, it does not fight with reason, it accompanies it, blinds us, affirms us, balances us and gives us the courage to move forward.

Hope is volatile, it changes when the environment changes, but faith is a foundation that allows us to continue even when our hope falters, faith comes to embrace hope and sustains it and makes hope rise again and again, because hope motivates, but faith sustains even the unimaginable.

As well as holding these simple but beautiful flowers! That I share on the cover are very prolific because they take out a lot of 🫛 seeds (pods) to put to germinate more flowers in the garden of my house. I also put avocado and guanabana seeds to germinate again, and I have also from the ceiba tree... It is a gigantic and very beautiful tree!

Now I'm thinking about where to put it.They are all about to be brought ashore. Nature is wise and always has the Faith, to make hope grow, that same faith that moves mountains and flowers in my garden.
