I've always wondered if ...

Have you learned to manage those fears?...,

When I feel that something bad is going to happen to me, maybe later or tomorrow in my immediate future.

The problem with these beliefs has to do directly with the fact that we don't know exactly what is going to happen to us, but we are always thinking that something negative is going to happen to us.

Many times we walk through life full of anxiety, and that anxiety has to do with "lack of present", with fear of living.

Yes, the much-feared anxiety puts us on constant alert: fear of the future, negative expectations, the idea that something bad is about to happen... And then, ...

We are always coming up with ways on how to get out of those negative things that we are imagining. That human mind that never stops, and thoughts do not stop.

What to do to calm the agitated emotional load that this anxious state causes us. I take breaths, but then I feel that anxiety again. This is linked to work, to romantic relationships, to family, to politics, to the country, to everything. A permanent fear invades us.

Something I always tell my children, friends and very close affections, is that we don't know enough to be pessimistic, we don't know enough to predict the future, we don't know enough to control the things that happen to us.

We don't always control what happens to us, but we can control how we deal with it. That's where our power is. It has to be exercised.

So if we don't know enough, why do I see anxiety as a fear of living? I think it is better to live from hopes, to live from optimism, and to live from a much more positive vision.

At the end of the day, which fortunately has only 24 hours, think positive, or think negative, if bad things are going to happen, they will happen, and if good things are going to happen, they will also happen.

Those feelings and anxieties that cause us anxiety are unconscious fears, repressed traumas that are often very hidden in the back of our mind and do not let themselves be seen.

It's almost the end of my reflection, friends ... 👇👇

Saying no to anxiety is possible. It can involve seeking help, rethinking our way of seeing life, learning tools to manage our emotions and reconnecting with a vision of hope.

Change is the only permanent thing in life. Changing is normal.

The new year, means birth and for me it is a permanent symbol that we can be born again, to the extent that we decide to change our life, and that is hope. I maintain that whoever does not change, must have some disorder.
