Very true, that is why it is so important, beyond having purposes, to be able to work to generate that change, those changes in our being that allow us to achieve that purpose (and depending on what they are, they will be more or less complex or even impossible to achieve, that is why it becomes so important to consider and define them based on the questions you share with us).
Personally, if we talk about weight, I feel happy because I was able to deprogram myself and right now I am working with a focus on maintaining the progress I have made in the last two years (because the process of weight loss takes months and even years). One step at a time, consistently and without unrealistic goals (because they are simply not aligned with who I am).
