Yep, one of the most troubling thing here is the way incomes are outstripped by inflation, it's not good and I think will get worse.

Add to that questionable decisions and behaviours by leadership teams and there's no wonder people are demoralised and looking elsewhere. It sucks when a person actually enjoys the work.
