Restart by adjusting the things you can control in this moment. Consider the possibility, they thought they were doing the right thing, and will most likely not budge from that position.
I'm sure it was nothing personal but things escalated. Start fresh by not taking it personally. The advice you were offered wasn't an attack.

So let's focus on now, and moving forward. Being feisty is normal but try to calm yourself and not be the one starting the next round of arguments.

And yes, this is true, people can do what they want and their behavior determines their outcomes. I spent a lot of time yesterday writing comments for you to understand a little, but your behavior has shown that you are not the kind of person I will spend any more of my time on.
It is interesting, as I was one of the first people who supported you, based on the history of the person who backed you. However, having been part of the last few days, I have recognized that you aren't the kind of person I would support here anyway.
