My back sometimes hurt. Probably from my sitting habits. So that is on me. I try to sit properly but from time to time I still return to my old ways.

Have you thought about some stretching, walking and maybe some calisthenics? I'm not saying it'll solve your problems but doing it would be better than not doing it I think.
I do some stretching and sometimes pull-ups. Still I should do more.
Doing some is good and if you think a few more might be good then do a few more. Good plan.
