Yes, life is so convoluted that one has to find a way to straighten it or at least make it seem so. Those moments you take your 'eyes' off things and focus on what gives you some peace is so worth it. I am so relaxed when I'm in the midst of Nature, it could be watching the fishes or the birds or doing a little gardening. I also love pouring out whatever I'm feeling in writing.

She's a cute little cat for sure and she has such a lovely temperament; I love her a lot and spend much of my free time with her. I like what you said about nature, I find relaxation and comfort there also. What about when you can't get out into nature or wrote...do you do anything else?
Yes, I can take a walk in a park or just go to sleep... Yes as much as it might sound funny, nothing disturbs my sleep. Some say I'm lucky, I don't know about that but I do know that it is an antidote of sorts, against life's many venoms 😊
