Now that I think about it, I'm more inclined nowadays to do lists than when I was younger. But I don't have a problem with the need of some listing to be honest. I've always had a very good memory but as the years go by, it's a bit like what you describe. I still have a good memory but there are things that if I don't write them down I can forget and it has to do with priorities.
My husband on the other hand has liked to make lists since I've known him, so in his case it doesn't seem to go hand in hand with age hehe.
Yeah it's certainly the best to make adaptations as we need them! Some people figure it out earlier and others later but when we realize it, it's good to make the step towards it. I feel in some ways annoyed about it but I’m getting over it haha
