I'm glad that you've started doing the lists as well, it's important! Being accountable for these things is a good way to look at it, because it helps us be a better adult.

I try to be of the mindset that he would get mad at me regardless so I don't get complacent with producing poor results. It may be weird but it's kind of like when people stay in a poor mindset even if they have a decent amount of money. Complacency is not good in some situations!
