I don't know about you, but hasn't it seemed to you that time is passing so fast? For example, this month of January has passed in a breath and, just like this, many things have happened from one day to the next, it is as if our world was spinning fast in everything. Bringing as a result, among other situations, that almost nobody stops in front of others, everyone is immersed in himself and, as well as this, other eventualities happen that leave us, looking to the sides. It is not easy to keep up with this convulsed world.

It is hard to stop and observe a situation, but it is not impossible, you just have to try and do it, regardless of what happens, because there are many who have become so enclosed in their own worlds that they do not genuinely look around them, preferring to be in front of a screen rather than interact with their peers. I have seen how people can see some incident against another person and they simply hurry their steps, it seems as if their hearts have frozen.

It's as if it doesn't touch them, they don't care about the rest. As long as their world does not disturb them, the world of others can fall around them and this is so terrible, because love in many has gone out the window. In recent days I was in the market buying at the butcher shop and where I go you have to wait your turn by numbers; there are seats for that, but there were many people even standing. When one of the gentlemen who attends, told us that he was going to attend to a gentleman who was recently operated on first, because of his condition it seemed fine to me, fair enough. But to a lady who was sitting next to me, it seemed to her that her right was being violated and she said to me: “If he has just had surgery, what is he doing here, let him stay at home...”.

I remember I looked at her with such disapproval and then ignored her, nor did I see her anymore. I don't think she had any more desire to address me, ha, ha, ha, ha, as my face sometimes has subtitles. But I kept thinking: does she know what are the living conditions of that gentleman? He lives alone and has no one to do his shopping for him. There are situations that we do not know about, nobody goes out anywhere, just operated for fun, but there are many people like her. But what they do not realize is that at some point she may be the one who is in that situation and need the empathy and favor of people, none of us are immune to mishaps, diseases and life is a circle, today I touched that man, tomorrow it may be her turn, because life is a boomerang.

That which you think you cannot live, because according to you you have another situation, can happen to you, even in a worse way and we learn that by going through those paths; then it is better to remember that we are not infallible and that we are all in this world and that we depend on each other, because no one can live without the help of the other, the service of someone, the favor of the other. No sé si ustedes, pero ¿no les ha parecido que el tiempo está pasando muy rápido? Por ejemplo, este mes de enero ha pasado en un suspiro y, así como esto, muchas cosas han pasado de un día para otro, es como si nuestro mundo estuviera girando velozmente en todo. Trayendo por resultado, entre otras situaciones, que casi nadie se detiene ante los demás, cada quien está sumido en sí mismo y, así como esto, otras eventualidades pasan que nos dejan, mirando para los lados. No es fácil seguirle los pasos a este mundo tan convulsionado.

Cuesta detenerse a observar alguna situación, pero no es imposible, solo hay que proponérselo y hacerlo, independientemente de lo que suceda, porque hay muchos que se han encerrado tanto en sus propios mundos que no miran genuinamente a su alrededor, prefieren estar frente a una pantalla que interactuar con sus semejantes. He visto cómo las personas pueden ver algún incidente contra otra persona y sencillamente apresuran sus pasos, pareciera que sus corazones se hubieran congelado.

Es como si no les toca a ellos, lo demás no les importa. Mientras no les perturbe su mundo, alrededor se puede caer el mundo de los demás y esto es tan terrible, pues el amor en muchos se les ha ido por la ventana. En días pasados estaba en el mercado comprando en la carnicería y donde voy tienes que esperar tu turno por números; hay asientos para ello, pero había muchas personas incluso de pie. Cuando uno de los señores que atiende, nos dijo que iba a atender a un señor que estaba recién operado primero, por su condición a mí me pareció bien, lo justo. Pero a una señora que estaba a mi lado y sentada, le pareció que estaban vulnerando su derecho y me dijo: "Si está recién operado, ¿qué hace aquí?, que se quede en su casa..."

Recuerdo que la miré con tal desaprobación y luego la ignoré, ni la vi más. Creo que no le quedó más ganas de dirigirme la palabra, ja, ja, ja, pues mi cara a veces tiene subtítulos. Pero me quedé reflexionando: ¿ella sabe cuáles son las condiciones de vida de ese señor? Si vive solo y no tiene quien le haga las compras. Hay situaciones que desconocemos, nadie sale a ningún lugar, recién operado por gusto, pero así como ella existen muchas personas. Pero lo que no se dan cuenta es que en algún momento ella puede ser la que esté en esa situación y necesite de la empatía y favor de las personas, ninguno somos inmunes a los percances, enfermedades y la vida es un círculo, hoy le toco a ese señor, mañana puede ser que le toque a ella; pues la vida es un boomerang.

Aquello que tú crees que tú no puedes vivir, porque según tú tienes otra situación, te puede acontecer a ti, incluso de peor forma y eso lo aprendemos pasando por esos caminos; entonces mejor es recordar que no somos infalibles y que todos estamos en este mundo y que dependemos los unos de los otros, porque nadie puede vivir sin la ayuda del otro, del servicio de alguien, del favor del otro. Por eso, detengámonos en nuestro camino también apresurado y hagamos una pausa, para extenderle una mano al que tienes a tu lado; te aseguro que otras manos se extenderán para ti cuando llegue tu momento de ayuda, hasta del que menos piensas.
