had one that i remembered for years, and not even exactly what happened but i remember i could not sleep after that. and i was 6-7 or something. After watching something i should not watch (don't even remember why i was able to watch it).
One thing i remember was a face melting on a cowboy.

The funny thing in that is, years later when WestWorld came out i realized what was the movie, and found the scene that gave me that nightmare :D The original WestWorld movie.
