Put people in lockdown for nearly a year, working from home, rarely eating healthily or exercising, unable to interact with other humans except for close family (who they aren't allowed to have a break from....), and then wonder why so many people have mental health issues ? Yeah..... didn't see that coming.
Only the strongest survived, or have the mental fortitude to rebuild a life when it could all be taken away again so suddenly and capriciously.
Yep. I mentioned it before the lockdowns started, and tried to implement mitigation measures at my work. However, it isn't the reason, just an additional catalyst that sped up the process. It has been going on for decades, but it is speeding up, and getting worse. Like an untreated cancer.
