It is possible, for tokens to hold vlaue for years, look at bitcoin, ethereuim, litecoin, etc..
It really depends on the holders of the token and the market.
If the Trump family holds 80% of the tokens as it is rumored to hold, then as long as they don't dump on the market, and buy up any large sales, they token will hold it's value.
They seem to be letting it be professionally managed, as it was listed on hundreds of exchanges from Day#1 and the price has held up very good.
