Un Riesgo Latente en la Actualidad. / A Latent Risk Today.

A lo largo de estos últimos 3 años en Venezuela se ha visto un incremento considerable de incendios en vehículos (carros, motos, autobuses, gandolas), lo que ha causado preocupación tanto para los dueños de los carros como para la población en general. Desde la perspectiva general la mayoría de los casos reportados por usuarios en la red social Instagram han sido de vehículos en todo el territorio Nacional con pérdida total sin lesionados, por lo cual esto conlleva a realizar un análisis de esta situación para tomar medidas preventivas que a futuro permita reducir este Riesgo Latente en la actualidad.

Es bastante evidente que existen elementos que están causando los incendios en los vehículos, sin embargo algunos testimonios de personas que han vivido esta terrible experiencia, han comentado que la gasolina ha sido el factor desencadenante, otros han comentado que ha sido por una reparación mecánica previa al suceso y/o colocación de accesorios eléctricos y fusibles.

Por consiguiente pese a las diferencias de opiniones que se han leído y escuchado de los actores directos, se ha recopilado y elaborado algunos Factores de Riesgo a considerar que pudieran ser causantes de incendios en vehículos, Los cuales son;

1. Malas reparaciones mecánicas.

2. Colocación o adaptación de accesorios eléctricos.

3. Perdida de gasolina por los inyectores, filtro o mangueras.

4. Recalentamiento de fusilera por colocación de fusiles no acordes al amperaje según el manual del vehículo.

5. Reparaciones momentáneas. (Coloquialmente conocidas como chapuzadas o para un llegue)

6. Recalentamiento de la pila de gasolina por falta de mantenimiento.

7. Acumulación de sedimento y agua en el tanque de gasolina asociado a la mala calidad de la gasolina en el País, produciendo fallas en la pila de gasolina.

Por lo que respecta a este último punto, la acumulación de sedimento y agua en el tanque de gasolina genera que la pila de gasolina trabaje de manera forzada pudiendo ocasionar recalentamiento en los conectores, que si no es atendido de manera oportunidad puede ocasionar un incendio.

En ciertas ocasiones cuando se le realiza una reparación al vehículo sin contar con alguien capacitado o reparaciones momentáneas para salir del paso, suele ocurrir también incendios por algún cable suelto sin la debida protección. Esto es muy común cuando realizan reparaciones en el sistema de arranque del vehículo y por lo complejo y dificultoso que es bajar dicha pieza y colocarla nuevamente, al momento de hacer la instalación del cableado no le colocan el correspondiente aislante o terminan colocando un cable que no es el ideal para vehículos y ocurre el desastre.
