Yes, there is plenty to discover with the macro lens. Things that don't look particularly interesting at first sight can end up being fantastic and surreal in the macro view.
Yes very true. I've only used the macro lens on my phone a few times. My camera doesn't take great macro photos but I should try it more often- just to get a new and different perspective
