Something around 1.8m every 1 hive power... But I believe this number can change depending on the use of the network.

You can easily check by going to hiveblocks on an account with 0 HP and dividing the max_mana by the HP that is in 'adjustment'

max_mana 2,020,748,973 current_mana 2,020,748,973 current_pct 100 adjustment "1.122 HP"

2,020,748/1.122=1801023
