It's great that you have land and the benefit of that is you will be able to run shows in cities you own more than anyone else with less of an impact on your earnings. There will be matching mechanics that allow you to run shows quickly. Our system will be different but the short answer is no. You do not have to provide rewards or even upgrade your land, but the earnings from that city will be less if not upgrade and fewer people will choose to run shows there.
