It's okay to post more than once per day, as long as you keep up with your frequency.
Some of the whales disagree with this statement, and they downvoted many of my posts a two and a half weeks ago to $0, just because "I should post only once per day".
So if anyone posts more than once per day, then they may become a target of certain whales. Just saying.
Whales is lacking in the decentralized blockchain, they allow themselves to manage which amounts to making Hive centralized. They have too much power.
There is one in my community who gave him a bad grade on an article and he found himself unable to post an article, he had to start another account. The Balaines can give lots of good votes making people rich, as they can make people sink too.
2 or 3 whales can sink your account. Each next article can become directly mute for the blockchain, which forces you to create a new account and start your reputation again. It is a great handicap that however Hive is reputed to be a decentralized blockchain.
Everyone entitled for opinion and how to use their stake. I think if you are creating content for your audience, downvote doesn't matter much
