Stir-fried pork with black pepper and fresh chili, strong flavor

Hello friends, I've been gardening every day lately because I have to cut down bamboo trees and fertilize them. Today I'd like to present a classic menu that's easy to make and delicious, which is stir-fried pork with black pepper. But for this menu, I added fresh chilies to make it spicy and hot. This menu is easy to make and doesn't require many ingredients.

Ingredients and ingredients

350 grams of pork, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon of black pepper
Fresh chili as desired
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of seasoning sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of coconut oil

Start by pounding the chili with garlic and black pepper until it breaks, as shown in the picture. Then wash the pork and cut it into thin, bite-sized pieces.

How to make

Place a pan on the stove, add coconut oil, when hot add curry paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add pork and stir-fry until cooked. Then season with sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and stir-fry until cooked. Then taste and adjust the flavor as desired.

Finished, turn off the stove. This menu is delicious eaten with hot rice. Scoop the rice into a mold, then place it on a plate and fry an egg until golden brown, then place it on the rice.
