✨ Exercising in the cool breeze while fulfilling my mission to bring happiness to my pets ✌🏻🏡

Hello, my lovely friends 🫶🏻

We meet again on this happy evening. As the clock strikes evening, it's time for me to shake off the fatigue from my tasks at home and in the garden and take care of my own health.

Taking the first step on a nature trail.
Lately, my husband and I have been going for a run almost every evening. After taking care of our personal matters, we start on the concrete road in our village. The atmosphere as the sun begins to set is especially soft, making it perfect for taking photos to capture as souvenirs.

The breeze was very pleasant today. I was determined to have a serious run. We started by running along the path behind the temple in the village. I let my husband run ahead for a while, then I sped up to catch up with him at the three-way intersection. It was a fun moment and a great workout!

Along the Trang River Canal - A Running Track with Million-Dollar Views
The highlight of today's run was when we turned onto the road along the Trang River canal. We used the sidewalk here as our running track. Looking to the side, we could see the Trang River flowing gently amidst the lush greenery. The breeze from the river on our faces was incredibly refreshing. After running about 3-4 laps, we decided to switch modes from runners to supply providers.

🦆 Mission to Fill the Little Friends' Bellies
We stopped by the village bakery to ask for leftover treats, a favorite of our ducks and chickens in the garden. My husband took on the role of postman, carrying the big bag of treats, while I acted as the photographer, capturing the memorable moments as usual.
Upon arriving at the garden house, I quickly grabbed a knife and chopped the treats into bite-sized pieces. Just seeing us walk in, the ducks and chickens rushed out to greet us enthusiastically – a sight that always brings a smile to my face. After they had all had their fill, my husband went to feed the fish in the pond, while I walked around taking pictures of the large pond in the garden to share with you all.

A Non-Stop Run to End the Day with Pride As the last rays of sunlight faded and darkness began to fall, I decided to start running again to head home. This time, I set a goal for myself to "run non-stop" without stopping until I reached the temple. And in the end, I did it!

Exercising to take care of myself, while also taking care of my beloved pets, made this evening incredibly fulfilling. I hope this story of simple living inspires others to take care of their health and find happiness in the things around them.
