Evening Routine: A Run Along the Trang River, Enjoying the Breeze and the View – Simple Happiness at Home in the Garden

Hello, my dear friends!

Today I have a heartwarming story to share about yesterday's evening activity. After finishing all my tasks and work, it was time to pamper my body and mind. The activity I chose was exercise amidst the refreshing natural surroundings.

A Canal-Side Run: Happiness Begins with the First Step

My regular exercise spot is the canal-side road in our village. The road surface here is a Premier Con road that runs parallel to the water. This run was extra special because my husband joined me, which was incredibly encouraging. Besides the two of us, the village dogs also joined as companions, chasing and playing with us along the way, making the atmosphere fun and lively.

While running along the route, I couldn't resist stopping periodically to capture the beautiful scenery of Trang province, especially along the Trang River where the evening sunlight began to soften, reflecting on the calm water. After getting the shots we liked, we continued running towards our destination, Baan Suan (our home).

In the beginning of the run, the sun was still shining brightly. The rather hot sun made me frown a little, but the heat was overcome by my determination. After running about 3-4 laps and starting to sweat, we arrived back at the garden house for our next task: feeding our beloved pets.

My husband is in charge of taking care of the fish pond, feeding the fish at the waterside pavilion in the peaceful atmosphere.
Meanwhile, I'm in charge of looking after the ducks, chickens, and that mischievous goose.

After feeding the fish, I began my egg-hunting adventure, exploring the bushes and the other side of the garden for the daily harvest. Today was very lucky! I found three fresh duck and chicken eggs. I happily grabbed them, took a picture of myself with them, and didn't forget to sneak a photo of my husband intently feeding the fish in the distance. It was a simple yet joyful memory.
Then we ran back to our destination, feeling refreshed from the sweat.

As the sun began to set, a cool breeze replaced the heat, and the sky turned a beautiful orange-purple. I invited my husband to run back home, aiming for the village temple. We used all our energy to run back, leaving us quite breathless.
Upon reaching home, I sat down to rest, letting my body recover. Sweat was pouring down my body. This feeling of tiredness but refreshment is truly good for health. Exercising, seeing nature, and being with loved ones in the home atmosphere – it was wonderful.
