I avoid self check out also. I avoid it so that people don’t lose their jobs, and yet I hear they’re stupid uneducated over propagandized rhetoric. Stupid kids think the robot should be doing it for them. They don’t realize their job is disappearing while they masturbate on their phones.

Oh, I know, it’s everywhere. Face recognition is everywhere. The differences I don’t give my permission everywhere. One could argue that we give permission to have our face recognition checked when we willingly go to a self check out.
I learned how to jam the checker robots by wadding bills up in my pockets and making sure they're slightly damp, preferably from crotch sweat. When you try to feed them into the machine they either wad up the gears, or the reeking sweat shorts out the robot. Either way, a human attendant has to open the machine and fumble about inside it until they fish out the crumpled $1 bill.
Just what to expect from robot overlords. This is why I never use the self-checkout.
