For ur question 1., The answer is yes...more HP means a higher curation reward

...I have no idea...
Power down takes 13weeks to completely finish but every week, you will be getting some amount of Hive until you get all within 13weeks

I know the algorithm...but hoping to see some changes like it happened on steem..the 13 weeks wuthdrawk reduced to 30 days.
