And it's finally done!
I kneaded the dough yesterday so I had an easy time today. I just had to tear it out and put it in the oven for a short time. It is important not to leave it in the oven for a long time because the dough will dry out. And there will be no fine soft crumbs. I smeared the top with egg white. It became very fine crumbly.
They look really yummy ! What did you use for the filling ? There's a patisserie local to when I live that makes the most amazing Linzers with apricot jam in the middle.
