Earth’s temporary second moon, known as a mini-moon, has officially debuted. it is expected to be with us until november 25, 2024. it has been named 2024 pt5.
it will only be visible through telescopes during its 57-day orbit of the earth. scientists predict that we can expect to see it return in 2055.
