@MADArchitects has unveiled One River North, a 15-story residential building in #Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, inspired by the Rocky Mountains. Its standout feature is a canyon-like opening on the western side, with outdoor terraces and a staircase resembling Colorado’s hiking trails.
Plants at various levels reflect the state’s natural environment, and the rooftop boasts a pool with a waterfall. Inside, the lobby features a large boulder, further connecting the design to Colorado’s landscape. The building includes 187 rental units and blends natural and modern elements, offering a new vision for urban living.
