I have been in an environment where readership is not right. Where the leaders suppresses their subordinates, take their rights, cheat them, and even stop their little benefits. Seeing this thing happen in my space, grief my heart

I will mute power out of these sets of humans and stop them suppressing other, taking them off the leadership position for others to be free.
Those kinds of people don't last long or get far that way. They're useless. But while they're around, they're a nuisance. I understand.
Honestly I feel so pained being in an environment where people's right are taken away from them.
