Hi ecency team, for some reason ecency sign up is considering Venezuela IP's like los quality account and so much people can't register from ecency app or web.
There is a way for fix it? They are registering from hive onboard due to this error.

It is good to have alternative options. Most of the time if you use Mobile internet you should be able to signup with Ecency. Could you share examples of regions in Venezuela that cannot signup?! Thank you.
