As a kid, there was always so much anticipation! My brother and I knew that there would be one 'big' gift; you know, the one you really wanted and or maybe hoped for. Then there'd be a few others, often being of things we needed or toys of lesser stature than that 'big' one. Our parents didn't have a lot of money back then, but they always made it a wonderful Christmas. I can remember my brother waking me up some years telling me to come quick, as Santa had been here!
